Mercy Manor Transition Center
Mercy's Adult Day Center offers adults who may be socially isolated or have difficulty living independently a structured, safe and stimulating environment to spend their daytime hours. Here they can make new friends, enjoy a nutritious meal and have fun while their caregivers enjoy some needed respite.
Adult Day Center offers:
Nutritious meals and snacks; Assistance with personal care; Medication assistance; Physical and mental exercises; Case management services; Fun activities like baking, arts and crafts, and community outing; and Handicap-accessible transportation (for a nominal fee).
Convenient daytime hours
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Extended hours are also available.
Mercy Adult Day Center is a Mercy Assisted Care service.
